All Ori and Mane products are 100% cruelty-free - we never test on animals. Many of our products are also vegan, and we clearly label which products contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Most of our products have a shelf life of 24-36 months when unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 12 months. Each product has a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol indicating how long it stays fresh after opening.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history, or by entering your order number on our Order Tracking page.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes as your order might already be in processing.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund. Used products may be eligible for store credit.
